Wisconsin PGA Junior Foundation
The WPGA Junior Foundation is a not-for profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for young people to learn life skills and to experience the enjoyment and education provided through the game of golf.
By supporting the WPGA Junior Foundation, you will be supporting the following initiatives:
  1. General support of the five junior tours conducted throughout the season.  The tour has seen continued growth and is closing in on 90 events annually.
  2. A state-wide golf in school program taught by PGA Professionals along side PE Teachers. Our goal is to bring the Life Skills and the great game of golf to all kids throughout the state.  In just two years, four schools have resurrected their golf teams since we began teaching golf in their schools.
  3. Continuation and expansion of our college scholarship program which has awarded scholarships to kids across the state who show the same dedication to their studies and communities that they have to their golf games. Since our Foundation was created in 2000, we have given over $200,000 in scholarships to deserving juniors.
In addition to the above listed, we are continuing to expand our programming as necessary including our comprehensive Junior Tour program.
We are soliciting support for the Foundation in any way that you deem appropriate. Support can range from a direct financial contribution to donating equipment to volunteering your time. We very much appreciate all you have done for the Foundation to this point and look forward to working with you in the future.
If you would like to get involved further, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your consideration.
